On the proofreading skill
Similarities and differences between proofreading work is divided into school and non school. If only the similarities and differences between schools, then of course, much simpler, proof of original songs were just off school or schools, to different places with the original changes came on the line. Watch Out for Homonyms
Homonyms are words that share the same spelling or pronunciation, but have different meanings. Switching accept with except or complement with compliment could be disastrous, so pay attention to them.

Proofreading tips to be sure there are many key points, such as: whether the ideas of two neighborliness sentences are linked properly, the punctuation used, the spelling of vocabularies; all of these factors may affect the ideas extracted in an essay. Reading backwards
When we write anything, often blind to our own eyes can not find an error, because we have been speaking the wrong brain words as correct. In order to break this mentality, you can read backwards, sentence by sentence.
Wrote on paper
People read the paper and read on the screen is not the same, so print out a copy of the article. If you read it out loud. You may find the eye did not find the error.
Intention is the key
Whether you write magazine articlew, newspaper essays, or e-mail to customers, no spelling error is a basic requirement. Spell check can help you, but that is not enough too. Consequently, there is need for proofreading. If you do not want to make mistake, it should concentrate. That is the temptation to eliminate the outside world and potential interuptions. Turn off cell phones, closed down television and radio, from e-mail.

Writing Capstone - Proofreading
I found this video in You-Tube, this person talks about some very important tips for proofreading, one of them is to close our document, let it cool, wait at least 24 hrs. and come back to proofread it, it is easier to catch errors with a fresh pair of eyes. Another tip is to read your paper starting from the end towards the beginning, it will help to break the familiarity with the content and be able to find more error. I hope you enjoy it.

Proofreading is part of the writing process. For example, when you applied for a job, you have to make sure your resume is 100% correct, so the first thing you do is proofread it or ask somebody to read it for you, and when you are sure it is totally free of error then you submit it.
